
However, I have a question about this feature that doesn't seem to be addressed anywhere that I can find online. I have the Extra Landscaping Tools mod (the one by Krzychu1245, since BloodyPenguin's version isn't compatible with the newest patch), and know that you can use it to create a man-made lake (by placing a water source), and can also use it to adjust the sea/water level (so as to avoid overflowing your man-made lake). I'm just now getting back into playing Cities: Skylines after quite a few years, and I definitely seem to have forgotten just about everything I knew about how to use a lot of the tools and mod features.
